How to Transfer a Task from a User

Steps:

  1. Open the Task Management module.
  2. Navigate to the Users Performing the Task section.
  3. Select the relevant user.
  4. Choose the task you wish to transfer from the listed tasks.
  5. Specify the target user for the task.
  6. Click the Transfer button to complete the process.

How to Transfer a Task from a Position

Steps:

  1. Open the Task Management module.
  2. Navigate to the Positions Performing the Task section.
  3. Select the position that currently holds the task.
  4. Choose the task to be transferred from the list.
  5. Select the target position for the task transfer.
  6. Click the Transfer button to finalize the transfer.

How to Initiate a Task Transfer Process

Steps:

  1. Open the Task Management module.
  2. Identify whether the transfer will be user-based or position-based.
  3. Navigate to the appropriate tab (either Users Performing the Task or Positions Performing the Task).
  4. Select the source (user or position) holding the task.
  5. Choose the task to be transferred.
  6. Specify the target (user or position) for the task.
  7. Click the Transfer button to initiate and complete the transfer process.

How to Confirm a Task Transfer

Steps:

  1. After initiating a task transfer, wait for the system confirmation.
  2. Check the task list under the new user or position.
  3. Verify that the transferred task appears with the correct process details.
  4. If available, review the task history to ensure the transfer was recorded.

Steps:

  1. Open the Task Management module.
  2. Locate the task you are interested in from the task list.
  3. Click on the task to view its details.
  4. Review the displayed information such as start date, process number, and current status.
