How to Transfer a Task from a User
Steps:
- Open the Task Management module.
- Navigate to the

section. - Select the relevant user.
- Choose the task you wish to transfer from the listed tasks.
- Specify the target user for the task.
- Click the Transfer button to complete the process.
How to Transfer a Task from a Position
Steps:
- Open the Task Management module.
- Navigate to the
Positions Performing the Task
section. - Select the position that currently holds the task.
- Choose the task to be transferred from the list.
- Select the target position for the task transfer.
- Click the Transfer button to finalize the transfer.
How to Initiate a Task Transfer Process
Steps:
- Open the Task Management module.
- Identify whether the transfer will be user-based or position-based.
